I found this impressive innovation online called the Elide ball, and some ideas came to mind from it, that I thought to share on the NationHall
Nigeria faces challenges with its fire emergency services due to underfunding and a lack of trained personnel, leading to difficulties in handling major fire incidents. Considering the unpredictability of fire outbreaks, could integrating the Elide ball innovation strategically enhance the country’s fire emergency services?
Here are my thoughts:
1. We can Collaborate with the Elide industry to obtain a production license and establish a manufacturing facility in Nigeria.
Directly or through a reputable Nigerian third-party firm for efficiency.
2. Design a portable canister briefcase capable of carrying up to 20 Elide balls in two layers.
3. Incorporate a propeller-equipped sling gun for safely propelling the Elide balls into high-rise buildings or duplexes during fires in areas where throwing them with hands might be difficult.
4. This initiative could create a profitable venture, if the fire department mandates every street to have one. with every standard housing street equipped with a canister case for immediate fire response. Local vigilante groups and street security personnel could utilize these tools to extinguish fires effectively without extensive training or specialized equipment, thereby mitigating risks associated with traditional firefighting methods.
5. This innovation can help revive and justify all the financial resources and investments into the Nigerian fire emergency service that has not yielded any effective or innovative front since it’s establishment.
*This idea is ©️ protected, I’ll be uploading the detailed Whitepaper privately.
this is a great idea! It would be a welcome alternative to fire hoses and extinguishers, and a good way to help people in the community also be involved in attempting to prevent and mitigate fire emergencies.
